My Essential Daily Routine: 5 Supplements That Supercharge Energy, Immunity, and Gut Health

It’s nothing crazy or complicated—but these small daily wins seriously add up over time. I typically take them in the morning with a smoothie, as I find that they go down easier. In particular, the Liver DTX has a rougher coating, so sometimes they don’t go down as easily with just water.

There is a slight garlic taste with the garlic complex, naturally, so the smoothie can also cover the taste well. Thankfully, the garlic taste doesn’t stay long, just a few minutes after taking it.

Be mindful of the turmeric stains! For the life of me, I could not figure out why my toothbrush was turning highlighter yellow, until I realized there were trace amounts of turmeric sticking to my hand after taking it, LOL! I just used an acetone pad on the toothbrush handle, and the stain came right off. Now, I take the turmeric capsule first and then rub my hands together before touching anything else, no more stains!!
